Why isn’t an advertisement loading?

Advertisements require an internet connection and an available advertisement from the advertising provider.

Check your connection and try again later. The rewarded word-reveal feature may be unavailable when an advertisement cannot be loaded.

I watched an advertisement, but the word did not unlock.

The word is revealed when the advertising provider confirms that the reward has been earned. Closing an advertisement before earning the reward does not unlock the word.

If you earned the reward but the word remained hidden, contact support with the level, word, and approximate time of the issue.

Why can’t I edit a correct word?

Words that have been completed correctly and turned green are locked. This prevents accidental changes while solving other words. Shared letters at intersections are protected too.

Where can I find example sentences?

Tap the clue of a correctly completed word again to view its example sentence and translation. Saved words are also available in your vocabulary notebook.
